MLS (multiple Listing Service) & the NLS

There are 2240 licensed agents in El Paso and putting your home on the MLS as a new listing puts your home in front of every agent in town. From there the listing is fed through list-hub to sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia and other national home search sites to maximize exposure. But it doesn’t stop there. As one of the ONLY agents in El Paso with access to the NATIONAL Listing Service, your home will appear across every agent’s desk. That’s over 1.5M Agents across the nation with access to your listing. You never know where the buyer will come from in a military community like ours and I don’t like to leave anything to chance.

Core Group of Agents

The day you sign the listing agreement, I take pictures of your home to share out immediately with that core group, giving them a ‘sneak peek’ of what is coming to the market so they can give their buyers the advantage of knowing first.

Email Marketing

Direct email marketing goes out to every agent in town on a weekly basis. Email addresses for residents of LA, San Diego, Florida receive a special email with a look at your home. There are people from these cities moving to El Paso regularly. Your home will also have a page on my website dedicated to it.

Reporting

Reporting is Key. You will get a weekly report that outlines the number of showings to date, and key data about your home’s progress in relation to the market around you.
